Explosion-proof mining power supply BP-RV has been improved
LLC "Institute of Mining Electrical Engineering and Automation" has improved the mine explosion-proof power supply unit BP-RV of its own production.
The upgraded unit has successfully passed the tests, confirmed its compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 012/2011 "On the safety of equipment for operation in explosive environments".
The power supply unit BP-RV is designed to be used as a power source for automation devices, it can be used in underground mine workings, including salt mines, dangerous for gas (methane) and dust. The unit has the level and type of explosion protection РВ Ex db [ib Мb] I Mb X.
The advantage of the upgraded mine explosion-proof BP-RV power supply in comparison with analogues is the microprocessor control of the device, a wide input supply voltage range from 80 to 250 V, and the ability to operate from a built-in rechargeable battery.
