Loudspeaker communication and warning system

As a loudspeaking communication system for shafts, the system provides:

• Simplex communication between user’s devices

• Light and sound warning

• Generation of warning signals and voice messages (if СUKS-6/SZ/1 monitoring and control device is available)

• Alarm mode visualization (if СUKS-6/SZ/1 monitoring and control device is available)

• Visual indication of selected system component duty modes (if СUKS-6/SZ/1 monitoring and control device is available)

As a loudspeaking communication system along the face conveyor, gate conveyor, or belt conveyor, the system provides:

• Voice communication between user’s devices

• Light and sound warning

• Interaction with mine emergency and control communication and alarm system like ShTSI4, SAT

• Calling to and conversing with the dispatcher (in joint operation with systems)

• Emergency calling to the dispatcher and rescue service

• Generation of warning signals and voice messages

• Alarm mode visualization

• Visual indication of selected system component duty modes (conveyor sensors, face conveyor sensors, combined machine, etc.)

• Tripping by means of ACBs

• Trip location (visual and voice message)

• Work logging (storage)

• System monitoring from the surface (if a mode is available)

Environment conditions:

• Underground excavations and ground premises of mines and pits with the ambient of hazardous gas and/or combustible dust

• Category I explosive mixture (methane at underground works) ambient or corrosive salty dust ambient

• Climatic version: U5 (temperate)

• Ambient temperature: 0°C to +35°C

• Relative humidity: (98±2)% at (25±2)°C

• Atmospheric pressure: (99.75±13.3) kPa

• Dust concentration in air: max. 1500 mg/m³

• Vibration: max. 25 Hz

• Vibration acceleration: max. 10 m/s²

• Working position: vertical, with deflection by max. 15° in any direction

• System components are connected to any of two trunks, gate trunk (LH) or face trunk (RH), from CUKS-5BX controller, of serially, from СUKS-6/SZ/2 controller (if the system is used for loudspeaking shaft communication)

• Number of devices (network nodes) in the LH or RH trunk: max. 40

• Number of devices (network nodes), if the system is used for loudspeaking shaft communication: max. 40 per trunk

• Total number of loudspeaking devices in two trunks: max. 50

• Device (network node) feed voltage: 12.5~15.8 VDC
