Upgrade of bicylindroconical drum skip container hoist No.2 at Krasnoslobodsky mine, Belaruskali Mining Division No.2
BTsK-8/5х2 bicylindroconical drum hoist No.2 at Krasnoslobodsky mine, Belaruskali Mining Division No.2, started automatic work. Startup procedure has been completed.
The IGEA performed the whole range of works to switch the skip container hoist to the automatic mode, verified and adjusted control system software, completed the software with modules to allow skip container weighing and skip overload protection. The adjusted settings provide the rate of 35 skip containers per hour. Annual hoist adjustment has been completed.
Within two months the IGEA has performed the whole scope of high-complexity facility upgrade, considering the bi-channel microprocessor based control system and the digital adjustment system, to enlarge the mine capacity.
Our company applied the latest Siemens versions of Simatik S7 controller software while upgrading the bicylindroconical drum skip container hoist No.2 at Krasnoslobodsky mine shaft No.1, Belaruskali Mining Division No.2.
The Institute of Mining Electrical Engineering and Automation shall service the equipment till the next annual adjustment of the skip container machine.
